Matison Mortgage Professionals was opened in early 2006 by Teri and Paul Matison. After more than 20 years working for banks and brokers, Teri was prepared to go out on her own. With her experience, integrity and dedication to providing excellent customer service, and with Paul’s marketing and networking expertise, we both knew it would be a winning venture.

We believe what sets us apart from other originators is our commitment to doing the job right. No gimmicks, no games. Quite simply, we say what we can do and then do what we say. What we hear most often from our clients after closing is how easy the mortgage process was for them. Even the most complicated transactions outwardly appear to have been easy to put together because we know how to do it right. Because we take the time to ask the right questions up-front, we are able to gather necessary documentation early in the process so there are no last-minute items to scramble for.

Who We Are

Teri Matison (LIC# 510-LO-29435) has been involved in mortgage lending since 1982, originating and processing mortgage loans, as well as managing a broker’s office, prior to opening Matison Mortgage Professionals, LLC, in 2006.

Paul Matison was in management for a large distribution company for nearly 30 years before retiring in 2004.

Debbie Taylor (LIC# 510-LO-36985) joined Matison Mortgage Professionals in 2008 with over 7 years experience as a Loan Originator. She chose Matison Mortgage because of our commitment to the individual needs of each client. Debbie enjoys working with first time home buyers, those with credit challenges, and experienced buyers, and is a perfect addition to our office.
